Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Support action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Fill in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Keep management informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls to prevent fraud.
