Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets of the store.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide training and evaluation support for personnel.
• Guide employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure each department's responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Protect assets and financial information by enforcing internal controls; report fraud risk.
