Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Duncanville, TX to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and supervise store associates to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending and climbing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
