Job summary

You will support opening/closing procedures, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean and organized store. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform walking, standing, and repetitive motions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Protect company assets, including store cash.
