Sephora Sarasota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and elevate the client experience at our University Town Center location. You will coach a diverse team, recruit talent, and ensure premium service while driving sales and brand standards.

This on-site role requires evenings, weekends and holidays. The base salary range is $63,100.00–$77,350.00 with bonus opportunities, reflecting location and experience.
