Job summary

Sephora Sarasota, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the sales floor and lead a fast-paced team. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, exceptional client experiences, and delivering growth in a vibrant retail setting.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage daily operations, and uphold Sephora’s service standards. The role requires evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-site work at 140 University Town Center Dr.

Where and How:

• Location. This role requires on-site work at140 University Town Center Dr, Sarasota, FL 34243, United States (US).
• Availability. This role requires availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend/stretch to stock shelves, stand andwalkthe sales floor for the entire shift, and work in a fragrance-filled environment. You must be able to handle and apply products to clients—with or without accommodation.

What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,100.00 - $77,350.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
