Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales and profitability.
• Inspire & Empower Teams. Lead with passion to coach, inspire, and empower the team to exceed expectations and goals, fostering growth and accountability.
• Recruit & Cultivate Top Talent. Attract, hire, and onboard new talent, building a diverse and inclusive team that embodies Sephora’s values.
• Champion Continuous Learning. Deliver real-time coaching and actionable feedback to maximize associates’ potential.
