Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Coach and review goals with associates, provide feedback and recognition.
• Plan and implement training to improve store performance in operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and schedules.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, and presentations meet customer needs.
• Oversee inventory shrink plans with store team.
• Maintain knowledge across product categories and train associates.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and enforce attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
