Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, customer-focused store and assist with supervision, merchandising, deposits, and paperwork. The role includes stocking, cashiering, and protecting assets while driving profitability.

You will help with scheduling, training, safety, planograms, and ensuring cash accountability. This full-time position requires leadership in the Store Manager's absence and a strong focus on service and operations.

Qualificações

• Experience with cash handling and deposit procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and assist customers.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages/markdowns.
• Support planograms and merchandising presentation per direction.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and cash deposits are properly processed.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
