Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods per federal/state/local law.

• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with the Store Manager.
• Recruit and develop store employees and retain top talent.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, ensure procedures protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures.
• Manage loans, merchandising, store presentation, and enterprise reporting.
• Drive profitability and meet financial goals through team coordination.
