Peet’s Coffee, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the South City District in Daly City, CA. This role supports the Store Manager, drives sales, and leads a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced coffee bar environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or related field.
• Open availability required; 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; 18+.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Support in daily coffeebar operations, inventory control, cash handling and safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop team members; support recruitment and staffing.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and staff retention.
