Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Jose to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will foster a positive team culture and ensure smooth coffeebar operations with inventory control and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent.
• Must maintain open availability and work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
