Peet’s Coffee in Daly City, CA is hiring Assistant Store Managers to grow into Store Manager roles within 12 to 18 months. Qualifications

• 2 years management/supervisory experience in service, food industry or equivalent.
• Maintain open availability and follow scheduling guidelines; 40 hours per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located (US).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Perform various physical tasks during the work shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational goals by leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Use reporting and feedback tools with the Store Manager to inform decisions and track progress toward goals.
• Create a positive team culture and productive work environment through coaching and clear communication.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Support daily coffeebar operations including inventory control, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
