You will work 40 hours per week, with early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role includes coaching, staffing, inventory control, and a focus on policy compliance and safety. Growth opportunities include a Store Manager path and tuition scholarships.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Open availability and 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the country.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Comfort with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering customer experiences.
• Use reporting tools to inform decisions and track progress.
• Foster a positive team culture and effective communication.
• Provide coaching and development to employees.
• Assist in recruiting and staffing.
• Manage daily coffeebar operations including inventory and cash handling.
