Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail with some leadership experience and a willingness to develop as part of a growing team within a cosmetics-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and oversee all store operations to meet KPIs.
• Support Store Manager in brand standards, merchandising, and Omni-channel strategies.
• Hire, train and develop team; coach associates.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention measures.
