Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Virginia Beach is seeking a store supervisor to drive daily operations, open and close routines, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will lead and develop non-management staff, manage staffing and payroll, oversee inventory, visual displays, and omnichannel orders, while upholding brand culture across the store. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
