Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Virginia Beach location. You will staff, train, and develop both part-time and full-time employees, ensuring top-tier customer engagement and adherence to brand standards.

You will oversee all store operations, including hours, asset protection, merchandising, and stockroom organization, while driving sales and maintaining brand presentation.

Formación

• 2+ years of store management experience or relevant supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on customer service.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure displays align with Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and maintain store
• Open and close the store.
• Operate POS systems.
