Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Virginia Beach to oversee daily store operations, open and close routines, and drive sales through strong customer service and brand knowledge.

You’ll lead talent efforts, including recruiting, training, and employee development, while maintaining visual displays and inventory controls. Beyond store leadership, you’ll analyze reports to inform decisions, manage payroll with the team, and embody our culture and values as you help grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff and manage inventory controls.
