Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Virginia Beach location. You will oversee staffing, training, development, and retention of both part-time and full-time associates, ensuring superior customer engagement and brand presentation.

You will manage hours, assets, and operations across salesfloor and stockroom, while driving sales through staff coaching and adherence to corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations to ensure customer service excellence.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, and train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making and protect store assets.
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS systems.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
