Binny's Beverage Depot in Bloomington, IL seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager in all facets of store operations, including guest service, operations, and product sales. You will foster teamwork, drive associate development, and promote sales through tastings and events.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in retail store management.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Financial and Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate financial and business data, planning and forecasting for operations.
• Problem Solving & Decision Quality: Ability to identify and solve problems with effective solutions.
• Relationship Management: Ability to build constructive relationships with customers, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities
