Binny's Beverage Depot is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bloomington, IL. You will support the General Manager in all store operations, lead a team, and drive guest service, product sales, and operational performance.

You will develop staff, handle complex transactions, and implement action plans to improve store performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. This role emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail store management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to evaluate financial and business data for planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all store operations with strong leadership.
