Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and set high-performance standards.
• Coach staff on barista skills, service, and coffee knowledge.
• Assist in hiring and first-round candidate screening.
• Schedule shifts and cover for unexpected absences.
• Coordinate with maintenance, HR, and other store operations.
• Build relationships with the local community.
• Ensure barista team meets standards: cleanliness, service, and drink quality.
• Complete training documentation and reporting as directed.
• Provide constructive feedback and support improvement plans.
• Monitor progress and prepare evaluations for staff.
• Assist with onboarding and training milestones.
• Assist with ordering pars and inventory management.
• Monitor waste and minimize waste.
• Maintain store assets, safety, and health.
• Support merchandising and FIFO practices.
