Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of baristas with daily feedback.
• Oversee hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff development with AM support.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, checklists, reports, and timekeeping.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, coffee quality, and friendly store demeanor.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and communicate issues requiring escalation.
• Coordinate with District Manager and financial teams on store performance and opportunities.
