Job summary

Starbucks in Illinois is seeking a store manager with at least 3 years retail management or 4+ years in US military service to lead a partner team. You will coach, mentor, and develop partners, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
• 4+ years of US Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
