USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our NAPA retail store. You will support the Store Manager across operations, drive customer-facing sales, and lead a team to maintain store standards and inventory accuracy. This role includes opening/closing routines and overtime as needed to ensure coverage.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, and delivering superior customer service while achieving sales and operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive aftermarket experience or willingness to learn automotive systems.
• Leadership experience with fast-paced operations.
• Ability to manage inventory and understand cataloging systems.
• Comfort with lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales and staffing.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships in retail and wholesale channels.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling, compliance documentation and basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor store metrics and coach team for continuous improvement.
