Minimum Pay starts at $56,485 annually.

The Assistant Manager manages daily operations of a Retail Center, acting as the Retail Center Manager in their absence. The role involves supporting financial goals, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, donations, loss prevention, and community relations, along with supporting budgeting and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. At least 2 years of retail supervisory experience is necessary. Candidates should possess organizational skills, financial acumen, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company or personal vehicles are required, along with the ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional requirements include passing background checks, drug screening, and, if applicable, MVR checks. The role may require moving between stores within the region.
The position involves physical activities such as lifting, reaching, and standing, with specific weight and frequency guidelines provided. The role also requires visual and auditory capabilities, and the ability to operate equipment and vehicles safely.
