Job summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll contribute to 7-Eleven’s success by leading a team to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for our guests.

You will oversee inventory, shift coverage, and staff development across all shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and night shifts, while handling night-shift procedures, deposits, and cycle counts to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years in relevant roles.
• Experience in food service, retail, or grocery management.
• Strong training, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior successful food service, retail, grocery management experience
• Demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict resolution skills
• Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results oriented team player
• Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hou

Additional Information
