Job summary

Carter’s in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers, and providing product knowledge and sales experiences.

You will support the Store Manager, recruit, train, and coach the team, manage KPIs, merchandising, and loss prevention while delivering an inclusive, high-service environment.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a week.

Compensation

$22.00–$28.25 per hour based on experience and location.
