Job Description

  1. Schedule guest appointments to optimize technician efficiency in vehicle services/repairs.
  2. Help achieve sales goals by informing and recommending tire and service products, and promotions.
  3. Attend to all guest needs related to sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
  4. Build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  5. Assist technicians in communicating repair and service needs to guests.
  6. Maintain the store’s condition and cleanliness to Monro standards.
  7. Assist with inventory management, including pulling, unloading, and stocking inventory.
  8. Provide guidance to technicians and assist with services/repairs as needed.
  9. Organize store workflow to ensure efficient use of technician skills and timely vehicle services.
  10. Adhere to company policies, governmental standards, and safety protocols.
  11. Perform Store Manager functions as needed.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum two years retail experience or equivalent education and experience.
  3. Flexible working hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  4. ASE certification and State Inspection License preferred.
  5. Ability to motivate a team and achieve goals.
  6. Strong problem-solving, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service skills.
  7. Effective communication skills with teammates and guests.
  8. Complete all required Monro training on schedule.
  9. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Additional Information

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Requirements include:

  • Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
