Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Visalia, CA to help lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support merchandising, product launches, and outreach events while coaching a team to achieve sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales/customer service in telecom or related fields, prior management experience, and strong planning, analytics, and collaboration skills.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
