Job summary

AT&T in Hanford, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead a team of sales consultants. You will support merchandising, product launches, and initiatives to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strong communication to drive performance and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; capable of guiding a team to meet sales and service goals.
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
