Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a retail store in Columbia, MO. You will partner with a store manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising launches, and sales performance while delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, engage in promotional activities, and participate in off-site events. The role includes paid training and opportunities for leadership growth within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 - $64,200 in annual salary plus $18,000+ in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
