Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations in Salinas, CA. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and optimize efficiency under the guidance of the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching a team of sales consultants, and achieving sales/service goals while participating in off-site events and promotions.

Qualifications

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $53,200 - $79,800 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
