Shift: Variable
Leadership Experience: 1-3 years
Pay Range: $54,000.00 to $79,169.00

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip offers 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wages, depending on company profitability. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Assistant Store Leader:

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location, including:

• Hiring, training, scheduling 20-60 coworkers
• Food safety
• Ordering and inventory control
• Profit and Loss management
• Cleaning and stocking

Requirements:

• Excellent people skills, with the ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges and shift priorities quickly
• Desire to help and mentor others
• Ability to maintain a clean and inviting store
• Prior management or leadership experience

Schedule:

Assistant Store Leaders typically work 45 hours during a 5-day workweek, with time and a half paid for any hours over 40 per week.
