Leadership Experience: 1-3 years
Pay Range: $54,000.00 to $79,168.00

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Store Leader:

This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location:

1. Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers
2. Food safety
3. Ordering, inventory control
4. P&Ls
5. Cleaning and stocking

Requirements:

1. Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns
2. Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
3. Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
4. Desire to help and mentor others
5. Maintain a clean and inviting store
6. Prior management / leadership experience

Schedule:

Our Assistant Store Leaders are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and a half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
