Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help run the store while supporting its achievement of top sales and profit performance.

You will report to the Store Manager and work on-site in Stockbridge, GA (East Hwy 138) PPC store.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain service standards while engaging associates through leadership, training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving issues.
2. Understand our business, products, and customer base clearly.
3. Develop and implement sales growth strategies to meet sales targets.
4. Ensure the store's exterior and interior, including merchandising displays, are maintained to standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail store experience with a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with paint and sundries is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and hours.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds routinely.
• Valid driver's license, and must pass a hair drug/toxins test and background check.
