Job summary

AT&T is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in San Angelo, Texas. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the retail store and coaching a team to achieve sales goals.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, management experience, and a background in sales or customer service. The salary ranges from $42,800 to $64,200 with additional commissions based on performance.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. And you won’t be in this alone. • Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $42,800 – $64,200 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
