Job summary

AT&T is looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Farmington, NM, overseeing daily operations and leading a sales team. You will manage merchandising, product launches, and outreach events while driving sales and outstanding customer experiences.

This role offers paid training and opportunities for leadership growth. You will coach sales consultants, coordinate promotions, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet store objectives and enhance customer

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
