Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with a store manager, oversee daily retail operations, and drive sales and service excellence. You will coach a team of sales consultants, support merchandising and product launches, and participate in off-site promotional events to expand customer reach.

You will lead with strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and achievement of performance targets in a fast-paced retail

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn a base between $47,500 - $71,300 + commission with a total target compensation of $65,500 - $89,300. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training.
