Job summary

AT&T in Overland Park, KS seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, product launches and a high standard of customer service. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales goals, and participate in outreach and off-site events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.

Job description

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500-$71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
