Job summary

AT&T in Eureka is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail operations, driving sales and service excellence. In collaboration with the store manager, you will manage the store's daily activities, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

Job description

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems

Compensation & Benefits

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500-$71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
