Imagine using your automotive or customer service expertise daily with both wholesale and retail customers, leading your teammates, and helping NAPA become the market's dominant parts supplier. Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability.

6. A Day in the life:
7. Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage daily store operations.
8. Manage inventory, safety, and operational issues.
9. Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all store areas and delivery vehicles.
10. Implement operational and marketing programs, aiming for continuous process improvement.
11. Build customer relationships, address sales and service questions, and ensure positive experiences both in-store and over the phone.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses are a plus.
2. Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or related fields.
3. Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
5. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
6. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
7. Preferred:
8. Background or passion in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership industries.
9. Experience in parts stores, auto body/collision, retail, or management roles in related industries.
10. Customer-centric mindset.
11. ASE Certifications, NAPA Know How (preferred).
