AT&T in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will help oversee store operations, lead a team, and deliver our best-in-class services.

The role involves a 40-hour work week, on-site at Milpitas, with compensation ranging from $57,000 to $85,600 plus commissions, plus a robust benefits package including medical, 401(k), paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

Overview

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure AT&T customers experience our best‑in‑class services, entertainment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist a store manager in overseeing daily operations of a retail store.
• Help with merchandising and product launches and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Deliver an extraordinary customer experience and support promotional activities, including off‑site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Perform outreach and promotional activities as requested.

Qualifications

Compensation

Annual salary ranging from $57,000 to $85,600, plus up to $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met. Salary may vary by location, experience, expertise and training.
