Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager-level candidate to support daily retail operations in Milpitas, CA. You will help drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and optimize efficiency while guiding a team to deliver best-in-class experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will partner with the store manager to manage merchandising, product launches, and sales goals, while coordinating off-site events and training to build leadership capabilities across the team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.

In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You’ll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. We offer best‑in‑class paid training that will set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly Hours: 40

Location: USA:CA:Milpitas:185 Ranch Dr:RET/RET

Salary Range: $57,000 – $85,600 annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.
