Salary: $19.71 Per Hour

Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supervises retail staff, manages store operations daily, and ensures excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store audits at acceptable levels
• Lead semi-annual inventory
• Oversee safe procedures and cash handling
• Manage supplies and maintain expenses within budget
• Ensure payroll expenses are within budgeted parameters
• Delegate tasks appropriately
• Keep employee payroll and reimbursements up to date
• Maintain building and equipment, documenting maintenance requests
• Ensure security systems are operational

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees
• Act as security "captain" to prevent theft
• Deliver exceptional customer service
