Currently, our South Lacey, WA store is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager!

Hourly Rate: $19.71 per hour

Position Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supervises retail staff and manages store operations daily to meet the needs of the store and its customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain store audits at acceptable levels
  • Oversee LP audits and inventory processes
  • Manage safe procedures and cash handling policies
  • Oversee supply management and monitor expenses
  • Ensure payroll expenses stay within budget
  • Delegate tasks effectively
  • Maintain employee payroll and reimbursements
  • Ensure building maintenance and safety systems are operational
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate actively in hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Serve as the security lead, working with Loss Prevention to protect assets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
