Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Santa Clara, CA to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will collaborate with the store manager on merchandising, product launches, and initiatives.

The role includes coaching retail sales consultants and participating in outreach events to meet sales objectives. We offer paid training to develop leadership skills and opportunities for career growth within AT&T as a leading telecom

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the stores performance goals.

With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, youll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, youll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, youll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Youll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off site events as needed. And you wont be in this alone. Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $57,000 - $85,600 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. There is a lot to be excited about around here. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
