Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House Retail Party Customer Experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operation expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House party culture and provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing team productivity. Ideal candidates maintain an enthusiastic attitude, are detail-oriented, and are sports fans. This role is for individuals aspiring to transition into management positions in the future.

Physical Requirements

Compensation

$17.00 - $22.00 hourly
