Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop action plans for achieving results and business growth.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational procedures to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Assist in developing team members dedicated to delivering a great customer experience.
- Oversee specific divisions and be accountable for their results.
- Support store standards for merchandising and operations to ensure consistency.
- Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
- Maintain composure during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
- Perform POS transactions and execute management functions when needed.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
- Proven success in exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
