Job description

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving company goals through driving sales, developing talent, and executing store operations. Essential qualities include professionalism, excellent customer service, and consistent brand messaging.

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; adaptable to new software
• Broad knowledge of retail landscape
• Availability to work weekends and store closings
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Work Environment: Ability to lift heavy packages, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and store maintenance. Noise level is moderate to loud. Must be at least 18 years old.
